SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process most orders within 1 2 business days of receiving the order, Monday through Friday. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days.

What if I don't receive an order confirmation email immediately?
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check all
other folders. If it still cannot be located, please contact Info@mainlyessentials.com with your order number, full name on the order and email address so we can locate
your order.

I have the wrong shipping address on my order, how do I fix it?
Please email Info@mainlyessentials.com with your order number and the correct shipping address you want on your order ASAP so we can correct it before the order ships.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
We have a 30-day return policy. Please email Info@mainlyessentials.com with your return request, so our customer service team can determine if your order is eligible for a return.

How long until I receive my refund?
Once we cancel an order or submit a refund, the funds are taken from our account and in the process of being returned to the original payment method. This process with you bank can take up to two weeks. Please contact your bank for further clarification on the refund process. 

I returned my product, why haven't I received a refund yet?
We may not have received the package in our warehouse just yet. Once we receive the return packages, our returns department will handle the refund. Please make sure you email Info@mainlyessentials.com with
your return tracking number so we can look into it.
